Details: (optional) Hello . i bought this item today at around 5 pm server time for 2k shards , i used it got the appearance, while i was checking how they look , about 3 sec later got DC when i came back online the appearances where gone , but the neatherchars that i spent to buy it which was 2k where not back, would you mind helping me get the item that i bought back.
