The tooltip says

Quote:

Maelstrom increases damage and duration up to 100%.

I don't think spent Maelstorm matters here on Freakz at all.
How is it calculated? What is the formula? Where should it increase the damage? Should it be linear?

This chart shows 265 casted Forst Shock spells. All of them has Icefury buff and Elemental Focus buff and Earthen Strength buff active.

This chart shows 339 casted Forst Shock spells. All of them has Icefury buff and Elemental Focus buff but not Earthen Strength buff active.

BTW, Earth Shock seems to have no scale with malestorm as well, altho I have little data:

(Good news is that at least Antorus 2p set buff Earthern Strength (+20% dmg buff) works, but the buff apply time is bugged there.
