Bug description: ok so i menaged to do the artifact q line and on end i got the scepter and there was no teleport for mealstorm so i used hs and teleported trough portal in dala bud nothing happend and i abandoned q a now i cant redoit couse i already have artifact wep and i cant pick up the scepter at the ned pls help

You had to wait for the roleplay to complete, after that the NPC would spawn a portal to class hall which also gives kill credit.

Create a ticket ingame and ask a GM to complete your quest since you can't do it again.
