[shaman] damage reduction in arenas
Bug description: Doomwinds increases Windfury damage by 120% in PvP (down from 200%)
Healing Surge heals for 50% in PvP. enhancement shamans are no fixed in pvp like that

fix enhancement damage in pvp please, he one shoting everybody in hes bug burst.

Create shaman and try it by yourself , this template is active, you didnt show any proof anyway

Your proof is half an year before 7.1.5 last hotfixes. All the spells modifiers in PvP are implemented accordingly with this patch.
