[REJECTED] [stormheim] cry thunder! Need help!

Bug description: [stormheim] Cry Thunder! Quest

Description: was doing the quest as usual, talking to vethir, flew around killing 150 of god-king’s minions. Until the part where, it asks to leave the area, while on the dragon, i clicked exit. The quest did not complete. & i am unable redo the quest as the npc is located at the top of an unreacable mountain. Need help, as this is the only quest linking to more quests in stormheim.

Please advice what should be done?
Or if possible roll my character back to a point where i can do the quest.
