item is not dropping when killing last boss in COS for quest https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=46680&&name=the-thread-of-starlight

However since there is another quest i cant turn in despite showing as ready to turn in in log (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=46682&&name=drapings-of-the-ancients) would it be possible to give me the following items directly since after completing the 2 quests from above, u receive a new quest to go to suramar to the grace's loom and use a quest item provided to get the reagents. Im refering to the fact that even if u give me the item from cos i wont be able to progress the questchain to obtain them since i cant complete the drapings of the ancients quest.

yes that item is not dropping for me - asked a guildmate to check with him as well and he said he has the same issue with that quest, tried doing cos solo and item didnt drop. Also he is stuck on https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=46682&&name=drapings-of-the-ancients.

The thing is you can complete some of the quests in the questchain but some you cant and so you cant progress - if u check the 2 quests you can see that draping of the ancients one was completed by 4 people compared to 35 for the "thread of starlight" quest. What i mean is that even if i get the item from cos i wont be able to pregress since i cant turn in the other quest https://imgur.com/a/6BU8ZTx

20x https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=146684&&name=ancient-imbued-silkweave-armor (this one is not showing in your quest objctives / ingame and that's why the quest appears to be "completed" but it's not) / visual issue, will be fixed.

for the 2nd quest this is not how it works on blizzard - on blizzard you only use https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=146684&&name=ancient-imbued-silkweave-armor to create the 100x https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=146685&&name=ancient-imbued-silkweave. the Ancient imbued silkweave armor is needed to create the ancient imbued silkweave so if u need both for the quest objective u esentially need to do the quest 2 times. U can only hold 20 x https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=146684&&name=ancient-imbued-silkweave-armor in your inventory at once. On freakz u need to use them to get the 100 x silkweave and then farm them again the 20 ancient imbued silkweave armor to complete which means this part is pretty redundant.

i will try the cos quest again after reset but shouldnt quest items drop regardless of cooldown?

LE: tried doing cos again and item dropped on M15 (i thought u cant do quests on m+) so only issue now remains with not being able to turn in https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=46682&&name=drapings-of-the-ancients.
