Descrierea bugului / Bug description: lipseste npcul care da acel quest,el ar trebui sa fie in Kelp'thar Forest.46-46,8.e destul de important acel quest,ca e cam ciudat sa innoti pe acolo,iti trebuie zile intregi sa faci un quest.

npcul e, am facut primul quest, dar nu are rost sa il fac si pe al 2-lea, nu merge mountul oricum. trebuie luat vash'jir de la zero.
