[REJECTED] [zuldadar] Zandalar Forever quest bug

Character name: Haldral
Bug description: At the final stage of the quest, king Rastakhan is supposed to follow me and help me to kill the following npc but it doesn't move and I have to do everything alone and It's not possible. I tried to log out several times, abandon the quest and retake It, clear the cache ... everything multiple times but nothing. i'm stucked here for days and i can't complete the quest. (as you can see from the pictures he's there and it's not moving even i go further in the quest he stays there)

I have completed this quest 3 times, last one was around 2 weeks ago. It was working, the king did not join me, I had to kill the final boss Ma'da by myself. It was difficult, especially with warrior or any other melee char, but it is doable. Just be careful when she starts casting Gurgling Blood. Dodge those big blood balls or you die fast.
