Hi,

I've been thinking about the advantages of raising the maximum level up to 50 or even 100 in war7 server. I've seen this feature in war3 servers by Omonas. It's fun and attracts more players over time.

This can be specially fun because in freakz.ro servers, you save the experience of the player with their UserID not their IP address. So players won't lose their XP and the level they've acquired when their dynamic IP address. I understand that not everybody has a static IP address by their internet provider. Therefore, a player will participate more often in order to get higher XP and raise their levels to become more strong.

I was a fan of Omonas servers because of this feature but I left them because my level dropped to 0 every time my IP address changed. I made this suggestion of changing the XP recording to "UserID based" instead of "IP based" but they didn't listen. So I left them.

This new plugin on freaks.ro war7 server is very nice and I think it will be much more fun if you raise the maximum level limit to 50 or 100.

On Omonas war3 server, you can choose from six or seven different types of Grenades. I mean when you buy a grenade, then you can choose different type of explosion by right-clicking, when you have the grenade ready in your hand to throw. That was another attractive feature.

I don't know much about cs servers and how much time or effort it needs to manipulate the plugin in order to implement these features but I'm sure, the addition of these two feature I mentioned above will satisfy a lot of players.

It's very complicated to do that, better we increase or double the xp for next level, if now it's neccessary aproximatly 53000 xp for level 10 we can make to be neccessary 106000 xp.

P!C@ thanks for your suggestion. If our goal was simply to make it harder to reach a higher level, your suggestion would be the best. What I basically meant was that we increase the strength and agility of players.

I mean a player with level 50 has the same lifespan, same abilities and same moving speed like a level 10 but a level 50 player can withstand more damage before he dies. I mean if a chest shot damages 40 points to a level 10, it will cut only we say 15 points off a level 50 player's health. So it's harder to kill a level 50 than a level 10 player.

If we can do this along with your suggestion above, it'll be great.

For every level you must consider the chance of using ultimates or chance of skills to enter and that needs a sistem which is not easy to do and take a lot of time. For the moment we better keep those levels(10) and if it will be necessary we will consider to do that.
P.S. we cand double or triple the necessary xp for level which is not a bad idea -
