Where must i upload the tga files to prove i was not using hacks

In your cstrike folder are 4 tga files : halflife00.tga => halflife03.tga.
Upload the files on : http://www.zippyshare.com/ and then you have to put the download link here.
If you can and it's not too much you can archive the files, so we can download all of the files at once.

I did it already.I was unbanned but i still cannot connect to your server.It says connection to server timed out...

Change the cl_timeout to 60, and then when you connect, ask an admin to use *** command on you, this way u will have all settings set to default.
If this doesn't work u may need to reinstall your counter strike client.
