[Raids] Remove Heroic requirements

Tried quite a few raids by now and several of them, Firelands, Blackwing Descent and a few others, fail to trigger Normal mode completion upon clearing them. As such, the Heroic modes remain unavailable ("You do not meet the requirements"). This is with a DH, so obviously ilvl and player level are not an issue. Since they START at 98 and with 660-ish ilvl.

My suggestion would be to simply remove all Heroic mode requirements on all raids until such a time as when the Normal-mode completion can actually be confirmed to be reliable.
