Random disconnects

Bug description: I'm getting these random disconnects,i'm not doing anything specific or something to cause them.There is time when i'm not gettin a single one,sometimes they are multiple.When i get disconnected i can reconnect right after that,it's not the server crashed.I don't have a roll back,everything is on its place so its not someone who is trying to log into my acc + no one knows my password.

Random disconnects is a well-known issue. Idk if they are looking into it though it is known and many people have reported it.

I am getting crazy from those disconnects , and afterwards with restarting client it thinks it's the 1st time i play , so have to change the settings how i want them.
And the problem is that er is no specific place or time , sometimes 3 times in an hour , most 1x in a week

After a disconnect and seeing that some of your settings are not properly saved, just relog and previously presets should be back.

Thanks for the tip to relog , but the disconnects still annoy , is there an explanation what causes it?
