Random lag/can't login

Hello, i want to ask why i can't login ingame smoothly lately thou i hav pretty fast net
i keep getting dced, and if somehow i could login, i'll hav high ms

proof of my net speed



this is occur on my other isp too, internet speed is 30mb/s
sometimes my latency is fine, and after i log out and login again in few hours my latency is high
sometimes quit wow/relogin fix the issue, sometimes doesn't work, most of times fail during peak time

any idea why ?
