Hierarchy Ranking System:

We follow the Roman Legion classification, it should never be seen as simple words:


Infans - it is the primal word for child and Infantry as well; it fits Trial Members. These are the newest members of the guild, and / or the alts who haven't won their final membership yet. New members will have a minimum of 2 weeks to show their abilities and behaviour.

Legionii - a Formal Member, who has overcome his trial with success and earned his permanent membership. It is the first line of roman combatants, Foot Soldiers.

Decurion - Leader of several men, this one has distinguished him/herself by doing acts of solidarity, and possess superior skill. He becomes important and must assist Legionii on their progress as other high ranks do. A Decurion gets respect from many people but he / she will never forget that lower ranks deserve same respect, treating them kindly.

Centurion - Leader of 100 men, this person is a Veteran. Not yet an officer but he can now participate on the the Guild Council (officer chat, raid leading and loot distribution). People here can assist minor raids and help Instructors often, as they know very well their class, and have showed loyalty and commitment.

Tribunii - it means "Minor General" and it is the Officer rank. Those who get here will get now many more responsabilities. The rank has Instructors, Profession Guides and Trainers, besides Raidleaders.

Legatus Legioni - meaning "Greater General", it has not many people as other ranks. These are commonly known as CO-GM's and have virtually the same attributes as a GM. They will help, and advise the Praetor with his tasks, lead high-end raids and will be consulted by all other ranks looking for suggestions and advices. Those are also Praetor's Heralds, and can take delicate decisions.

Praetor - basically the Guildmaster, as it means "Supreme General". Contrary to many people's belief, the Praetor (GM) is not a boss, or a dictator, but the first person to serve the guild. The figure that ressembles more this responsability is that of a Guardian: his first and only concern is the guild as a whole. He must be in contact with all the ranks, and always act humbly and gently.

You will get promoted if you act greatly on the weeks, showing that you have what we need. Being demoted is variable from warnings to self requests and it's not always bad.
