Reagent bank lost

Bug description:

All reagent banks are not showing on all characters. It is available to unlock for 100g (like it wasn't unlocked before). Confirmed on my friend's account as well.

This might be related to all trainer showing already known training...

Yea, me too no items in bank. All my learned skills lost. Its almost like i havent paid beffore. But they are vissible if you try to make something

Buying for 100g brings back everything.
