Bug description: Drop chance is way too low, 0.01% on all difficulties. It should not be obttainable from lfr, but should be a guaranteed drop from normal / hc.

Confirmed, 0.01% drop chance is too low for this recipe, however it's also not guarantee drop chance, if you have few BS in your raid group, there is a chance not all of you will get this recipe.
