Am nevoie de o alimentatie sanatoasa pentru abdomen.
Sa nu se inteleaga gresit, sunt slab mort, dar am facut burta, pe scurt mi-au disparut patratelele, le vreau inapoi.

Avand in vedere ca deja am o varsta, sunt constient ca pe langa exercitii zilnice am nevoie si de o alimentatie corecta, sugestii?
[Mananc pe rupte, zi, noapte, dimineata, de toate, oricand]

Abdomene(5 serii a cate 30-40 de repetari) + Alergat in fiecare seara.Seara incearca sa mananci inainte de ora 6 si sa nu mananci cu pofta.Incearca sa iti faci un program de mese in care sa incluzi 5 gustari in care sa nu te saturi si sa fie incluse si fructe.

Incearca s-ai o alimentatie cat mai sanatoasa , fara grasimi. E greu , pun pariu c-o sa-ti e fie lene..si mie imi e. Dimineata incearca sa mananci oua fierte , branza , paine prajita (2-3 felii maximi) unt , ceai. Mananca fructe, legume. Daca simti nevoia sa mananci un cartof , fa-l piure sau natur. Nu manca prajit. Mananca gratare , piept de pui , muschi de vita , orez cu legume etc... Multe mese , diversificate de fiecare data.

Cat despre antrenament. Abdomene clasice , dupa abdomene cu genunchii indoiti si lovesti cu cotul drept genunchiul stang si invers.Poza

Incearca sa iei ceva greu intr-o mana , tii bratul pe langa tine si te apleci usor pe el si apoi te ridici, Te lasi intr-o parte pe bratul care tine greutatea. (Stai in picioare pe tot parcursul)

Cat despre serii. Nu mai mult de 4 cate 12-14 repetari.
