Ingrediente
rulada de cascaval cu somon
rulada de cascaval cu crema de branza
emmentaler
telemea de capra
condimente uscate (boia de ardei dulce, marar, arpagic)
Mod de preparare:
Telemeaua de capra se portioneaza sub forma de cuburi mici. Fiecare cub se tavaleste bine, pe toate partile, prin condimentele uscate. In functie de preferintele voastre puteti face si alte combinatii.

Pentru rulada de cascaval cu somon aveti reteta AICI, iar pentru rulada de cascaval cu crema de branza AICI.

Se vor servi cu felii de paine crocante sau biscuiti sarati.
