Black Rock Depth - Shadowforge key - Help please

Hi, i need the schematics to field repair bot, and i can't find the shadowforge key. Googling the net, i red that i had to take a quest from a ghost, wich i can't since i click on the NPC and it doesn't show. So how do i lower the bridge from east/west garrison?

You don't need the Shadowforge Key, I made you a video tutorial on how to get the schematic. Once you enter in Blackrock Depths fallow my steps
