Details: (optional) so.. i engaged Alani used my Sky Crystal and started fighting him... right when i was trying to hit him he bugged inside the terrain and RESETTED. so all the hours i spent killing the mobs for sky shards are gone just cause of bugged mobs like Alani. can you please refund my Mount or atleast give me my crystals back.. this is so disapointing. heres some screenies before the Alani. http://imgur.com/a/zCMEm thank you for your time.
