Details: (optional) Ok so ive kill prince kael 'thas from the eye (tempest keep) in outland and ashes of al'ar has drop ive looted it and after a brief moment server was reset and when ive log in again
ive found out that my mount wasnt in my bag

when ive check in my armory it wasnt there also but fortunately it was recorded in my guild news and events and ive make a ticket where it told me to post here with my screen shots that i have
