[COMPLETED] Blazing chest/timeless isle chests

Bit of a more complicated post, as I'm posting on my entire multibox team that has had tons of trouble in the Timeless Isles.

I've linked each of their armory pages, and also attached screenshots of: the (now empty) chest location, the achievement for finding all of the chests, as well as their open inventory which can hopefully show by icon what I'm missing. I didn't use any tokens, and nothing from the isles are equipped, you see every single piece of gear/token I looted from every chest on the isles.

My main issue is with the blazing chest not giving any loot, but a secondary concern is that I maybe got 2 or 3 class-appropriate tokens on each character from the other chests, as I was under the impression I would get a full set of appropriate 496 gear for each character. Ran in to lots of hangups here...
