Details: (optional) Hi, I went to loot the burning chest today to receive the Burden of Eternity and a piece of timeless gear however when I got to the burning chest and looted it I realised my inventory was full and I was unable to pick up the loot of of the chest before it disappeared.

I have a screenshot of where the chest should be, as you can see my inventory is full and I picked up the timeless coins but no loot : http://imgur.com/a/PtKNJ

Please could you recover a Burden of Eternity for me as I feel as though I will be set back from this issue.
