[COMPLETED] Deathwing Loot got bugged - didnt get the Staff

Details: I was in a transmog Dragon Soul raid that ended at ~ 02:00 server time or ~01:00 EU time. We killed the Deathwing and he dropped the Ti'tahk, the Steps of Time. As I was the only caster there who rolled for the item I didnt got it because loot got bugged, It was Need before Greed as I recall. No one from the raid got the loot even tho we waited there at the Maelstrom for almost 2 minutes hoping that loot will somehow end in our backpacks. As you can check in my Armory in Activity everything is there, I even submited the ticket in game and got the response to write everything here. I really need that staff for my Xmog and I would be happy If I can get it since I would if it didnt got bugged or whatever it was.
