Details: After finishing quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=32621/lightning-steel didn't get the reward Notes on Lightning Steel which give some important recipes that cant be obtained wiht other means. Itoka dont drop the item starting the quest anyomore so i cant repet it. Plz help.
