[COMPLETED] I lost all my blazing chest items

Details: (optional) I went to ordon sanctuary to get the blazing chest they drop Burden of Eternety the first time i tanked the mobs for the friend so he could get it then we die the second time he tanked for me i went to open the chest and i opend it while holding shift so ill get all the items and then run die but when i pressed it it said someone aelse was looting it and i saw the items for a brief moment then the chest dissepered please help.
