[COMPLETED] Mount vanished after purchase

I bought the mount with the char "Alantaria" which belonged to the hord. But I could also use the mount with my chars that belong to the alliance. Well it was just a coinidence, that I bought it with the "Alantaria" char. It should belog to my higher level chars. Like Silverocelot. I deletd the char "Alantaria" because my friend just had chars on the alliance side. After that I created a new char on the alliance side. After I logged in one of my higher chars and wanted to use the mount it was nowhere to be found whether it was an hord or an alliance char. I can not believe that, because the purchased mounts are not bound to characters but intead they belong to the whole account. So why did teh mount vanish?

So please restore it.

Restore you character by login on to site and you will get the mount back.

Thanks for the fast reply. I would like to restore it, but the list does not show any deleted characters to restore. Is that an error? Or is it normal and I just don't know how to restore it?

The mount disappeared because you deleted the character.

The character is not recoverable (not visible in the UNDELETE CHARACTERS) because only high level chars are there.

I added the mount on Silverocelot
