Details: (optional) I was doing icc 25man hc and normal runs for shards for almost 3 months after i finally completed today i got shadowmourne after it i got lich king's last stand then i did lich king he dropped the sealed chest but i couldnt pick it up and i hve shadowmourne equipped as u can see on my armory i didn't receive it.Then i did 10n for sealed chest it didn't drop on 10nm either i did 10hc it dropped but i couldn't pick it up now i have lockout for all difficulties.I didn't end the quest.Please help me.
