[COMPLETED] Timeless Mail Cache Armor gave me nothing

So, I was farming in the timeless isle to get some items to do raid.
I got some, farmed at the frog to get my weapon and shield and get at least one armor cache.
I bought my weapong, go back to farming for my shield, bought it and go back to farming.
Finally, I have my 7500 timeless coin and go to the vendor" Misteweaver Al <Timeless Artifact>" and buy the "Timeless Mail Armor Cache".
Then, I changed my spec as I want to be heal and not DPS (but needed to be DPS to farm the monster) I finally open it and nothing ... Litteraly nothing.

I have some screenshots I took afterwards I dont know if there are good enough for you but it is all I got.

I made a ticket, and the GM told me to go there to do a topic so here I am.

If you cant do anything for me, I can understand no problem just annoying, but at least maybe checking the cache armor from the vendor are working or if it was juste me ^^

it works try again in the correct spec.
