[COMPLETED] can't tmog 50741 from "tmog gear"

So i bought with vote points the item 50741 form "transmog gear" and i cannot transmog it (saw that on retail this item could be mogged only after wod)
Including the fact that i bought it for Transmog from "Transmog gear" section and i can NOT transmog it, i'd be glad to get my vote points back or replace the item with one of the same value that CAN be transmogged.
first i did an ingame ticket and it was told to do a request on this topic.
