Details: (optional) hello i was today in raid and i win gloves but server has been broked and i have been cicked and after that when i log in the gloves was not there

yes i loot it and win it after that i have it in my bag slot and before i click to use it to me i have been kicked and when i log again the item was not there....i make a ticket and they told me to write here and will be easy i know that item is not very rare but it was mine i am new and dont want to loose any items
