Ingrediente : Carne tocata/ciuperci/ceapa verde / ou / marar




Tocam marunt piciorusele ciupercilor. Tocam si ceapa verde si o calim impreuna cu ciupercile in doua linguri ulei de masline. Adaugam carnea tocata si lasam pe foc pana incepe sa isi schimbe culoarea.Dam deoparte si adaugam oul si mararul tocat marunt. Asezonam cu sare, piper si oregano dupa gust.
