Hy community!

Today I logged on with my less-plyed mage to have some arena fun, and found out that my Conquest cap is bugged...I had no arena mathces with this char in the past 2 months, but the currency says I'm on the weekly cap, so I cannot earn any points...question is: WHY?
If there's any solution then please let me know, I don't want to delete a well geared char just because of such a stupid bug.
