cotlet de porc (nu mai stiu exact cat a cantarit, sa fi fost vreun kil)

1 lingura miere
1 lingura ulei cu busuioc
1 lingura sos de soia
1 lingura boia de ardei
1 lingurita sare
fulgi de ardei iute
jumatate pahar cu vin

1 lingura boabe de piper mozaic
1 lingura boabe de mustar
1 lingura boabe coriandru

Cotletul de porc se curata de grasime, se spala si se sterge cu un prosop de hartie.

Amestecam intr-un vas mierea cu uleiul,sosul de soia, boiaua de ardei, sarea si cativa fulgi de ardei iute. Cu acest amestec ungem bucata de carne pe toate partile, acoperim cu o bucata de folie si dam la rece pentru vreo 2 ore.

Pe o bucata de folie de aluminiu amestecam boabele de piper, coriandru si mustar. Tavalim bucata de carne prin amestecul de boabe, apoi punem intr-o tava sau vas termorezistent. Turnam vinul in tava si dam la cuptor la foc mediu pentru vreo 50-60 de minute, pana carnea este bine patrunsa si rumena.

Si daca tot aprindeti cuptorul va propun sa faceti si o portie de cartofi gratinati, merg de minune ca garnitura.
