Cotlet de porc umplut cu carnati


Ingrediente
Cotlet de porc umplut cu carnati
1 bucata de 500 gr cotlet de porc
1 bucata carnat de casa afumat
1 foaie dafin
2-3 catei usturoi
1/2 lingurita piper negru boabe
1/2 lingurita sare
Pentru crusta
boia, piper macinat, ierburi provence, usturoi granulat, chili
Preparare
Cotlet de porc umplut cu carnati
Se taie o bucata de carnat un pic mai lunga decat bucata de cotlet.
Cotletul se strapunge prin centru cu lama unui cutit mai lat. Introduceti in acel loc carnatul si taiati-i capetele astfel incat sa fie doar cu 1 cm de o parte si de alta in afara cotletului.
Asezati cotletul intr-o cratita, acoperiti-l cu apa si adaugati aromele (dafin, cateii de usturoi intregi, boabele de piper, sare).
Aduceti la fierbere. Fierbeti cu capac timp de 20-25 minute.
Scoateti cotletul din apa in care a fiert si lasati-l cateva minute sa se zvante.
In acest timp, pe masa de lucru presarati dupa voie boia, ierburi provence, putin chili, piper si usturoi granulat, putina sare. Tavaliti cotletul prin condimente.
Dupa ce s-a racit, pastrati cotletul la frigider. Pentru servire se feliaza subtire.
