Bug description: The range 3 in the flasks has a bug with the percentage, in the video I have created 80 flasks and before that 60 more, since we passed to the patch 7.3.5, the range 3 has not come out, the only range 3 I have is from the patch 7.2.

Apart from these flasks created in the video, I have created many more since the release of patch 7.3.5, flasks of agility, strength and stamina, friends have also created a lot of flasks and the rank 3 has not come up
