Tiger`s Fury spell alone is not supposed to restore your energy however talent King of the jungle allows it to restore 20/40/60 energy.So its not bugged.

On 4.0.6 Tiger's fury used to restore 20-40 energy really fast,now when I use it it dosen't restore any energy.
WTF you really want me to install fraps and to record that ?

OK.first of all.I do have a druid if u want ill post its armory link here.
second:as i said.Tigers fury works fine,however talent king of the Jungle is bugged so it doesnt restore your energy
third:talent king of the jungle has 3 levels.each lvl increases energy restored by 20.so that is 60 total.since i dont want to fight ill just copy u full description of the talent:
King of the Jungle
Rank 3
Instant.
While using your Enrage ability in Bear Form or Dire Bear Form, your damage is increased by 15%, and your Tiger's Fury ability also instantly restores 60 energy.

there u got proof.spell hasnt been changed from 4.0.6 to 4.3.4
