Descrierea bugului / Bug description: ceea ce scrie despre lacerate e un efect pasiv, ar trebui ca tickurile lui sa reseteze cdu la mangle(bear)(50% sansa)
Dovada / Proof:dupa cum o sa vedeti, cand procheaza efectu pasiv face ca mangle sa nu necesite rage, dar nu ii reseteaza jcooldown-ul (in SS a procat si inca mangle are cooldown)
