Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Mareste durata de la Inquisition cu 200%... nu se aplica tot timpul... de multe ori folosesc 3 holy power si imi da inquisition de 11 secunde durata, ar putea afecta grav de tot dps-ul atat in PvE cat si in PvP.
Dovada / Proof: Nu am facut screenshot.. poate fi testat usor ingame.

Acest bug se intampla atunci cand:
De exemplu` ai free holy power din divine purpose si dai pentru inq, daca mai vrei sa dai o data(tot din free holy power) iti reduce inquisition la 12 secunde. O sa fac un video dupa ce testez end of time -

Da problema este la Holy Power din https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=86172&&name=divine-purpose ... Inquisition il calculeaza la 1 Holy Power in loc de 3.
