Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Da heal prea mic, defapt heal e dat ca si cand ai avea Glyph of the Long Word http://www.wowpedia.org/Glyph_of_the_Long_Word dar nu mai primesti acel heal over time de 6 sec era intr-un timp cand primeai acu de cand sa bagat DB de pe 4.0.6 nu mai da acel heal overtime da daor 50% din heal.
