[Dethrone] Guild Master inactivity

Hello,

The guild master of the alliance guild Fueled By Coffee is inactive since two years. I would like to claim the leadership but I don't find the option to promote myself as guild master. The Guild Master inactive! message does not appear in the Guild News on the right side of the pane.

Can you help me further?

You need to have the guild rank of 1, 2, or 3 to be able to use the dethrone option.

Unfortunately rank one, two or three members are absent since 5 month to two years. How is it dealt with?
