Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Se stackeaza incorect.

429 heal 1 stack
1243 heal 2 stackuri
2444 heal 3 stackuri

Corect este :
429 heal la 1 stack
858 heal la 2 stackuri
1207 heal la 3 stackuri

Se adauga valoare primului tick de 2x la 2 stack sau 3x la 3 stackuri.

1500 resto druid cu 3x lifeblooms la 7k spell power. Nu este nici o modificare intre 4.0.6 si 4.3 la ticks heal, iar printul de pe blizz este facut pe patch pe care suntem noi. Totodata poti se gasesti si alte infos care te pot ajuta (primele 2 pagini, dupa incepe drama, no point to read).

Era general bug la toate hoturile/doturile stackabile, fixed (nu am umblat la lifebloom heal amount/bonuses/etc, doar la bugul asta)
