Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Dmg mai mic decat trebuie.

Dovada / Proof: Avem urmatoarele modificari fata de patchul precedent:

Rake initial damage on hit now deals the same damage as each periodic tick (and is treated the same for all combat calculations). Periodic damage now gains 14.7% of attack power per tick, up from 12.6%, and base damage per tick has been lowered from 557 to 56.


De unde avem formula : 56 + AP * 0.147 pentru fiecare tick.
In cazul meu cu 6550 ap => 1018 dmg
1018 * 1.32 mastery (base 8%) => 1343 dmg ar trebuii sa dau pe fiecare tick ( nu am folosit mangle debuff)

De asemenea , dmg la aplicare este undeva la 200 (se vede in printul cu tick dmg) si ar trebuii sa fie egal cu 1 periodic tick, conform patch notes.
