Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Atunci cand Frostfire Bolt este instant, el ar trebui sa se comporte ca si Ice Lance, adica sa aiba trateze targetul ca pe unul frozen, sa aiba 25% increased damage si sa consume 1 charge de Fingers of Frost. In poza, Frostfire Bolt nu consuma FOF charge, da 14500 damage (instant), un Frostfire Bolt castat are acelasi damage.
