Link: Can't find a proper link for 4.3.4 patch of this talent.
Description: Since patch 4.2 this talent has been redesigned. On use it should provide 20% increase block amount to a paladin’s shield blocks for 10 seconds, with a 30-second cooldown. Instead this talent does nothing at all. With or without Mastery rating (wich from my knowledge doesn't work) this talent does not provide the block amount.
