Descrierea bugului / Bug description: 1. Iti da direct 10% din maximum HP in loc sa dea 10% din heal care sa se stackeze pana ajunge la 10% din maximum hp. Mecanica de stack e la fel ca la vengeance.
2. Nu prockuie din tickurile de riptide (de asemenea se stackeaza si cu procurile din riptide).

If u can manage to keep riptide on tanks, buff will refresh every tick of riptide. (wowhead link)
