Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Ar trebui sa procuie cand am terminat de castat spellul (cand a inceput timpul in mid-air si nu cand a ajuns la target), sa procuie doar o singura data la chain lightning indiferent ca spellul loveste unul sau mai multi playeri. De asemenea mastery (clonele spellurilor care procuie din mastery) n-ar trebui sa afecteze procul. Nici mastery nici numarul de targeturi care loveste (chain lightning) nu ar trebui sa influenteze talentul.

Timpul necesar pentru a termina cdul @ single target, folosind doar chain lightning si de 3 ori thunderstorm pentru mana = 82s in care am avut cd la Elemental Mastery

Timpul necesar pentru a termina cdul @ multiple targets, folosind doar chain lightning = 39s in care am avut cd la Elemental Mastery, asta inseamna ca spellurile au redus cdul cu 141secunde la Elemental Mastery
The 3-sec cooldown reduction is applied as soon as your spell has been cast successfully, independent of the number of targets affected. That means, no matter whether you miss your target or hit five targets with glyphed Chain Lightning, the cooldown will always be reduced by 3 sec.
Guatafu: Is this affected by free casts from mastery?
Wesley1230: Just figured it out today. It sadly does not. How ever the procs do work with rolling thunder. +mana and +charges

Am rezolvat sa procuie doar o data pe cast (indiferent de cloned spells sau targeturile de la chain lightning). Partea cu "ar trebui sa procuie cand termin de castat" nu pot face prea easy, sistemul de proc e facut la onhit, il las asa momentan
