[FIXED] [Warlock][PVE][PVP] Dark intent on Friendly players

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Merge ok doar ca la fiendly players ar trebui sa dea cate 1% increase periodic heal si dmg pana la maximul 3%. Aici da increase cate 3% pana la maximul de 9%. Asta se intampla doar la Friendly(care e bug) la warlock e normal sa fie cate 3% pana la maximum 9%. Haste ramane nemodificat tot 3% da.
