Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Pentru healul primit din Victory Rush nu se aplica prima parte din Field Dressing si anume cea cu "Increases all healing received by 6%", se aplica doar cea de 20% increase la self-healing.

160k HP = 32066 heal dat de victory rush, fara talent
160k HP = 38479 heal dat de victory rush, cu talent. Si ar trebui sa fie 32066*1.06*1.20=40787, dar se aplica doar 20% increase self-healing, adica 32066*1.20=38479, fix cat a dat heal ingame
