Guild Ranks

I'm having an issue with ranks in my guild. A couple of days ago I deleted a character that had guild master rank, but before doing so I transfered the rank to someone else in the guild. I then made a different character with the same name and got the guild master rank returned. Something went wrong, I think, because my deleted character still has the guild master rank and we don't know what to do about it.

I can't recover the character to tranfer the rank to someone else because I can't access the Freakz site with the username and password I use to access the game. I appreciate the help.

Next time, make sure to pass the guild master rank to another character before deleting it. Creating a character with the same name does not recover the lost guild ranks which is still associated with the deleted character. Regarding account login issues, I've seen you managed to connect ingame just yesterday so use the same credentials to log in the game on the website and make an undelete request for character Libba.

Thank you for the help, but I did pass the rank to someone else on the guild before deleting my character and then I made another one and got the rank back but my old character got the rank and not my new one. And I can't access the site for the undelete request because as I also stated before, I can't access the website with my ingame credentials. I keep getting an invalid account or password error. I can log in the game just fine, but not the site. Still, thanks for the help.

Try via incognito browser to login on the site, might be some caching/cookies issue if you get the invalid credentials error. Or via another browser besides the one you currently use.

Hello I´m the Guild Master from the Alliance side of this guild and officer in this one. This issue with sadris webpage account has been happening since 7.3.5 was released. Have been tried different browsers like Firefox, Chrome, Explore; on incognit and normal mode, reinstaling browsers, deleting cookies, different pcs and also different IP address. Take in consideration that has ben possible to acces to the webpage and ingame with my account and doubt that any mistake with the credentials could have ben made since we have tried several times on differents browsers but we haven´t had isues in game.

Being aware of Sadris webpage situation I was extra careful giving her back the rank of Guild Master doing it while Libba (the character she deleted and made a DH with the same name) was online and not being even able to see offline people deactivating the option in guild roster. And also even if is in consideration that a mistake was done by not giving the guild master postion at the first moment you can check on the Armory > Log the activitie done if I wasn´t the Guild Master by that moment I couldn´t give her the position of Officer (rank 1) since I should had the same rank. Unfortuanly the log doesn´t show Guild master promotions on the Armory.

Since has been done all that someone with player account can do (if we are missing something is worth trying so any suggestion is welcome) the solutions I can come out are:

1: Someone help her fixing her webpage account acces, has to be someone with acces to the coding from the Freakz webpage.

2: Delete the character $Libba (Name given I guess by the sistem to Sadris character after being deleting and making another one with the name Libba using the $ at the begining of the name) Warlock Blood Elf from the database so the GM rank is given to any of the officers of the guild. This last solution I don´t think is the ideal one since the webpage acces problem would remain.

My apologies, forgot to follow the topic for replies. It seems now Libba is the current Guild master from what I can see from the Armory roster. Do you guys still need assistance?
